1 (8‑ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ cup sour cream
1 (15‑ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20‑ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 (12‑ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained, stemmed, and patted dry
2 cups mini marshmallows (fruity marshmallows add extra color)
⅔ cup shredded sweetened coconut
Direction
Mix the Base: In a large bowl, gently fold together the whipped topping and sour cream until smooth and combined.
Add the Fruit & Mix‑Ins: Stir in the mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut until everything is evenly distributed.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. (You can make this a day ahead — just note that the cherries may bleed slightly.)
Garnish & Serve: Top with extra cherries and coconut if you’d like, then serve chilled.
