Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat‑free milk

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

  • ½ cup frozen unsweetened raspberries

  • 3 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Optional Toppings / Mix‑Ins

  • Sliced fresh strawberries

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Chia seeds

  • Fresh pumpkin seeds

  • Unsweetened shredded coconut

  • Sliced almonds


Directions

1. Blend the Base Place the milk, frozen berries, and sugar in a blender. Cover and blend until completely smooth.

2. Add the Ice Add the ice cubes. Cover and blend again until the mixture is thick, creamy, and smooth.

3. Serve Divide the berry mixture evenly between 2 serving bowls.

4. Add Toppings Finish with your choice of toppings — fresh berries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, or sliced almonds.
