4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each), thawed
Butter
¼ cup cold butter, cut into thin slices
Seasoning

Place prepared tails in a foil‑lined 15×10×1‑inch pan.
2. Add Butter Arrange the thin butter slices over the exposed lobster meat.
3. Broil Broil 5–6 inches from the heat until the meat is opaque, 5–8 minutes.
4. Season & Serve Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
