Coffee Base
2 Tbsp ground dark coffee
1 cup water
3 Tbsp sugar
Blend‑In Ingredients
2 Tbsp caramel ice cream topping
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup fat‑free milk
Garnish
Whipped cream (optional)
Direction
1. Brew the Coffee Place the ground dark coffee into the filter of a drip coffeemaker. Add 1 cup water and brew according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Refrigerate the brewed coffee until cold.
2. Blend the Base In a blender, combine the cold coffee, sugar, caramel topping, and ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
3. Add the Milk Pour in the fat‑free milk and pulse just until fully combined.
4. Serve Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel topping, if desired.
