2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Seasoned Flour
1 cup all‑purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
¼ tsp pepper

Directions
1. Prep the Wings Cut the chicken wings into three sections; discard the wing tips.
2. Make the Maple‑Chili Sauce In a large saucepan, combine the maple syrup, chili sauce, lime juice, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture reduces to about 1 cup. Set aside.
3. Coat the Wings In a large shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Add the wings a few at a time and toss to coat evenly.
4. Fry Heat oil in an electric skillet or deep fryer to 375°F. Fry the wings in batches for 6–8 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
