Ingredient

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups old‑fashioned oats

  • 2 cups unsweetened puffed wheat cereal

  • 1 cup all‑purpose flour

  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts

  • ⅓ cup raisins

  • ⅓ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Prep the Oven & Pan Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13×9‑inch baking pan with cooking spray.

2. Mix the Dry Ingredients In a large bowl, combine the oats, puffed wheat cereal, flour, walnuts, raisins, chocolate chips, baking soda, and cinnamon.

3. Mix the Wet Ingredients In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Combine Everything Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture. Mix well — the mixture will be sticky and thick.

5. Press & Bake Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until set and the edges are lightly browned.

6. Cool & Cut Place the pan on a wire rack and let cool completely. Cut into bars once fully cooled.
