Guacamole

  • 3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ¼ to ½ tsp salt

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro

Optional Add‑Ins

  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (for extra creaminess)


Directions

Mash the avocados with the garlic and salt until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on your preferred texture. Stir in the onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Add the tomatoes and mayonnaise if desired.
