Base

  • 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed

Sauce & Seasoning

  • 1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder, divided

  • ¼ tsp dried oregano, divided

Cheeses

  • 8 oz brick cheese, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded part‑skim mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Toppings

  • ½ cup chopped green pepper

  • ¼ cup chopped onion

  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  • 1 pkg (3 oz) sliced pepperoni

  • 5 oz sliced deli ham

Direction

1. Let the Dough Rise Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

2. Preheat & Mix Sauce Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, mix pizza sauce with ⅛ tsp each garlic powder and oregano.

3. Roll Out the Dough Punch down dough. On a lightly floured surface, roll into a 15×10‑in. rectangle.

4. Layer the Fillings Top with brick cheese, sauce mixture, and remaining ingredients, leaving 1 inch around the edges.

5. Roll & Seal Roll up jelly‑roll style, starting with a long side. Pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.

6. Season & Bake Sprinkle with remaining ⅛ tsp each garlic powder and oregano. Bake until golden brown, 25–30 minutes.

7. Serve Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
