Ingredient

Tea & Fruit Base

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed

  • 2 berry‑flavored green tea bags

  • 1 cup boiling water

Creamy Add‑Ins

  • 1½ cups chilled coconut milk

  • 2 Tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)

Finish

  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • ¼ cup freeze‑dried strawberries, slightly crushed


Directions

1. Cook & Purée the Strawberries In a saucepan, cook the thawed strawberries over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to break apart. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Using an immersion blender, purée the strawberries until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to use.

2. Brew the Tea Steep the berry‑flavored green tea bags in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags.

3. Mix the Drink Stir the strawberry purée, coconut milk, and simple syrup into the brewed tea until fully combined.

4. Serve Divide the mixture between 2 glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh or freeze‑dried strawberries.
