Pumpkin Latte - Quick & Easy Recipe

Latte Base
2 cups whole milk
2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Coffee
½ cup hot brewed espresso
Optional Toppings
Whipped cream
Pumpkin pie spice
Ground nutmeg
Directions
1. Heat the Latte Base In a small saucepan, combine the milk, canned pumpkin, and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture is steaming.
2. Add Flavor Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
3. Froth the Mixture Transfer the hot mixture to a blender. Cover and process for 15 seconds, or until light and foamy.
4. Serve Pour the mixture into 2 mugs. Add the hot brewed espresso to each mug. Garnish with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, or ground nutmeg, if desired.
