Ingredient
Pork
2 pork tenderloins (¾ lb.–1.25 lbs each)
Dry Rub
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1½ Tbsp paprika
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp ground mustard
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Oil
1–2 Tbsp olive oil (for coating and searing)
Directions
1. Preheat the Oven Set the oven to 425°F (218°C).
2. Make the Seasoning Rub Mix the brown sugar, paprika, salt, ground mustard, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl until fully combined.
3. Prep the Pork Tenderloins Trim the pork of any excess fat or silver skin. Pat the tenderloins dry with paper towels.
4. Season the Tenderloins Rub each tenderloin with olive oil. Coat generously with the seasoning rub, pressing it onto the surface so it adheres well.

6. Rest and Slice Let the tenderloins rest for 5 minutes to lock in juices. Slice and serve.
