Rotisserie Chicken - Quick & Easy Recipe

Chicken
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3–4 lbs)
Seasoning
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
1. Prep the Chicken Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt.
2. Start Cooking (Breast Side Down) Place the chicken breast side down on the tray in the air‑fryer basket. Cook for 30 minutes.
3. Flip & Finish Flip the chicken so it’s breast side up. Continue cooking until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh reads 170°–175°F, about 35–40 minutes longer.
4. Rest & Serve Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it stand for 15 minutes before carving.
