Edamame
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen edamame pods
Seasoning
2 tsp kosher salt
¾ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
1. Cook the Edamame Place the edamame pods in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook until tender, 4–5 minutes. Drain well.
2. Season Transfer the hot edamame to a large bowl. Add the kosher salt, ground ginger, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
