White Cheese Dip - Quick & Easy Recipe

Ingredient
Queso Base
20 slices white American cheese, chopped (such as Kraft Singles)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
6 Tbsp salsa verde
3 Tbsp juice from pickled jalapeño slices
3 Tbsp pickled jalapeño slices, finely chopped
1½ tsp reduced‑sodium taco seasoning
For Serving
Tortilla chips
Directions
1. Combine Ingredients Place all ingredients in a large microwave‑safe bowl.
2. Heat & Melt Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 6–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the queso is smooth, melted, and heated through.
3. Serve - Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Note
Microwave strengths vary. Stir often and adjust heating time as needed to reach a silky, pourable consistency.
